Jennifer Albright Carney manages the special events department and produces 12 Days of Aspen, Wintersköl, the FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen, Aspen's Old-fashioned Fourth of July Celebration and the Aspen Arts Festival. Jennifer joined the Chamber in 1998 as the special events manager. In 2002, she was promoted to director of events and in 2005 became vice president of event marketing.
After graduating from Michigan State University in 1992, Jennifer spent the summer working on Nantucket Island and three months in Hong Kong before moving to Aspen. Prior to joining the Chamber, Jennifer worked for the Ritz-Carlton Aspen and at the Aspen Art Museum as membership director. Jennifer has enjoyed living in Aspen for the past 20 years. With the addition of a baby boy and recently building a house, she and her husband look forward to spending the next 20 years in Aspen!

Erik Klanderud is the Director of Member Services at the Aspen Chamber Resort Association (ACRA), and he just might be this mountain town's No. 1 fan. Klanderud (who also happens to be former mayor Helen Klanderud's son) has been graciously providing visitors and curious locals with vital Aspen information through ACRA for the last 9 years. That task comes easily to Klanderud, who has spent the last four decades living in our mountain town and cultivating his expert status on all things Aspen (he is even a graduate of Aspen High School, Class of '84). Whether you're wondering what trail to hike, where to eat, or when the Wheeler Opera House was constructed, Erik always has an answer, and it almost always comes with a smile. For great conversation and an Aspen factoid, you can find this hometown boy at the ACRA offices at 425 Rio Grande Place.

Diana is the manager of guest services program and oversees the daily operation of the three in town visitor centers: the Rio Grande Visitor Center, the Wheeler Opera House Visitor Center and the Guest Pavilion on the corner of Cooper and Galena Streets.

Sarah Reynolds works in the Destination Marketing department at the Aspen Chamber, leading the group sales initiatives in Aspen. Sarah joined the ACRA after six years in the hospitality industry at Hotel Jerome and Ritz-Carlton Club Aspen Highlands. She first came to Aspen on a college spring break and soon returned to work and enjoy Aspen's glorious summer months and great skiing. Sarah grew up in Raleigh, NC and graduated from Appalachian State University where she majored in Hospitality and Tourism Management, as well as Marketing. Sarah lives Aspen's mind, body and spirit idea and can be found enjoying all of the outdoor activities, art, culture, film, and music.
Senior Marketing Manager
Eliza works in the Destination Marketing department at the Aspen Chamber, promoting tourism to Aspen, since she loves to travel and she loves Aspen this is the perfect job. Prior to joining the Aspen Chamber Eliza worked at the Limelight Lodge. Eliza originally moved to Aspen in 2006 for just one winter season, and has been here ever since. She fell in love with all Aspen's recreational activities as well as cultural events, and her husband. She and Ryan welcomed their son in September of 2014. He joins their dog Kodah in enjoying all Aspen has to offer. She grew up in Connecticut, and graduated from Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, PA.
Liz Cluley is the Sales Manager for the Destination Marketing department at the Aspen Chamber. Prior to joining the Chamber, Liz worked in hospitality positions at The Gant and the Hotel Jerome. She first came to Aspen during the summer of 2009, and following graduation she moved back to live and work in Aspen full time. Liz grew up in Grand Rapids, MI and graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Communications.

Jessica works as the Marketing & Sales Coordinator for ACRA’s Destination Marketing department. She graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in Marketing from the Cox School of Business. The outdoor lifestyle drew her back to her hometown where she joined ACRA in 2014 and has made it her mission to share her passion of Aspen. Jessica’s enthusiasm for local arts and non-profit organizations stems from a lifetime of support.
Destination Marketing Administrative Assistant
Amy Roldan works as the Administrative Assistant for ACRA’s Destination Marketing Team. She graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in May of 2011. Amy is trilingual, communicating in Spanish and Portuguese fluently. Her passion for traveling started at a young age, which inspired her to live abroad in Brazil and Peru. During her time abroad she taught English and volunteered at various non-profit organizations. The mountain lifestyle and family drew her back to the Roaring Fork Valley. She joined the ACRA team in the fall of 2015.
