DEFY ORDINARY MEETINGS

Challenge, Connect, Inspire.

Aspen, Colorado is the perfect destination to help you achieve your goals and defy ordinary.

Destination Appeal.

It won't come as a surprise to meeting planners that hosting a meeting in Aspen is a guarantee in record setting attendance. Since its silver mining heyday, Aspen has evolved from a rough and tumble Western town, to one that now hosts great contemporary art, classical music and professional theater, as well as the best outdoor recreation in North America. Our historic downtown, beautiful natural surroundings, hotels and venues have helped establish Aspen as the world’s finest destination for meetings and incentives.

Access.

Due to our small town nature, we have access to Olympic athletes, renowned chefs and celebrated artists, who are all available to speak at your event and inspire attendees.

Air access from major US cities takes the adventure out of arriving to our mountain meeting destination.

Once you've arrived in town, everything is within walking distance so guests will have shops, restaurants and entertainment venues at their fingertips.

Aspen Experts.

We live here, so we understand the ins and outs of our mountain community and how best for your group to explore what we have to offer. Our team has a background in hotel sales, and boasts accredations from Destinations International as well as the Society of Incentive Travel Excellence. Meet the team and begin planning today.

Team Building Opportunities.

Aspen and our surrounding natural landscape create the perfect backyard location for team building activities for your group. We can assist in finding experiences that are tailored to your specific group and help people connect like never before. Skiing powder for the first time, horse back riding to a gourmet dinner or listening to Michael Franti against an Elk Mountain backdrop are just some ways a meeting in Aspen can push you to grow personally and professionally and achieve your best self.

Year Round Destination.

Likely you've heard of Aspen for our world-class skiing and action packed summers. But perhaps you haven't considered that Aspen is truly a year round destination, and two of Aspen’s most beautiful times of year are spring and fall which offer more competitive rates than the busier winters and summers.  Warm daytime temperatures in the spring, "Secret Season", allow for exploration of forests bright with budding leaves and flowers. In fall, the mountains and valleys sparkle with shades of gold, and the chill of the night air inspires attendees to relax and gather around the fire. Days in Aspen are filled with exploration, adventure and discovery.
