Music Maniac
Like a little classical or a little jazz or even a little rock? We have all those melodies listed in our itinerary below. In the summertime you can't get away from the music even if you wanted to, our streets are literally filled with musicians playing in the streets.
10 am: Enjoy a morning walk around Aspen’s West End neighborhood, ultimately landing at the Benedict Music Tent where you can listen to Aspen Music Festival & School’s rehearsals.
1 pm: Earn your dinner tonight by taking a short and steep hike with an altitude gain of 1,000 feet up the Ute Trail. If you’re feeling ambitious, continue up to the top of Aspen Mountain to enjoy Saturday Classical Music or Sunday Bluegrass Concerts. When you're ready, take the Gondola down. Red gondolas feature Aspen Skiing Company staff’s selection of music for your enjoyment.
7 pm: Head over to an intimate JAS Café show with an optional dinner before or during the show. Shows are at The Little Nell, the Cooking School of Aspen, or the Aspen Art Museum.
10 pm: Get your dancing shoes on for a late-night show at the Belly Up Aspen for anything from classic rock to hip hop to top DJs.
