Maybe you’ve been skiing all week and just need a change of pace, or perhaps skiing isn’t your bag and you want to sit back and enrich your soul while visiting.
10 am: Take the Silver Queen Gondola up to the top of Aspen Mountain, to enjoy a snowshoe tour with Aspen Center for Environmental Studies. You may purchase a foot-pass so you don’t have to use a skier day, or pay full lift-ticket pricing.
11 am: After your snowshoe tour, head into the Sundeck Restaurant for lunch with a view atop Aspen Mountain. The panoramic vistas pair nicely with an inspired daily creation from the wok or grill. Enjoy your lunch at a leisurely pace and then hop back into the Gondola to download off the mountain in a 15 minute ride.
1 pm: Make your way over to Remède Spa at the St. Regis. Open to the public for massage, facials, and other relaxing body treatments. As part of your treatment you may enjoy extras like the oxygen lounge, cold plunge and hot tub. Appointments recommended.
6 pm: Head over to The Little Nell or Cooking School of Aspen (venue depends on show date) for your 7pm JAS Café show. Doors open at 6pm for both venues so be sure to arrive early so you may enjoy the dining experience.
