Strategic Plan

The ACRA Vision:  To be the unifying business voice for Aspen, promoting the success of our membership for the benefit of our entire community.

The ACRA Mission:  Attract visitors to the resort.  Provide valuable services to member businesses.  To facilitate community synergy among government and local civic organizations.  And to provide advocacy on relevant community issues.

Scope of Committee Work: To create, develop and utilize cutting-edge policies and practices that will provide outstanding pro-business legislative and local policy representation to our membership.

Focus Areas:  The following areas have been identified in the ACRA strategic plan for areas of focus.

1.       Policy for advocacy on public issues
2.       Identify specific issues for advocacy
3.       Provide positive publicity for ACRA 

Commitment:  All appointments are made by the public affairs committee chair. This is a one-year term. You are required to attend and participate in monthly meetings. You are allowed three unexcused absents. 

Comprehensive Strategic Plan
