Rewards and Recognition
Every community has its shining stars … those employees who go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome and appreciated.  Aspen and Snowmass have so many personable, genuine, caring people who are our greatest assets.  The STAR Program is designed to recognize and reward our community role models, and inspire others to also serve as outstanding ambassadors.  Forms to nominate a STAR are available at our Visitor Centers as well as on our website:  www.facesofaspensnowmass.com.

STARS of the Moment
When you experience outstanding guest service, you can reward that employee with a token available at Visitor Centers in Aspen and Snowmass.  Aspen tokens are red; Snowmass tokens are blue and are redeemable for gifts valued up to $15.

STARS of the Month
One individual from both Aspen and Snowmass will be selected from nominations received based on brief descriptions of the exemplary service the nominee exhibited.  There'll be a STAR selected for each month of the Winter and Summer seasons.  Winners get an engraved award plaque, their photos in the local newspapers and a $150 check.

STARS of the Season
At the end of both seasons, one person from Aspen and one from Snowmass will be selected as the STAR of the Season. These winners will also get an engraved award plaque, recognition in our local newspapers and a $500 check.  WOW!  How cool is that?! 

New to the program:
"Student STARS of the Moment"
We’re proud to announce that the program has been expanded into the Aspen High School, where students receive tokens for their kind and caring words and actions towards others. We feel it’s a great way to recognize these young adults who practice the Golden Rule.  These special emerald green tokens are redeemable for gifts at the Aspen Chamber downtown office.
